Artistic Influences on Raphael

 

Raphael is notorious for absorbing the style of everyone he met, however only a handful of people had a truly noticeable influence on him. He no doubt came into contact with many painters during his career, but he only adopted from the masters. The most obvious influences though came from Fra Bartolomeo, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and his teacher Pietro Perugino.
